Used before applying third compounds and care products. Does not require rinsing with water. Toner veil for Eyelashes and Eyebrows is suitable for use as a tonic in home care after makeup removal. SEDIMENTATION MAY BE POSSIBLE, SHAKE BEFORE USE.
